Advice For Users

Workers complete the T4W by providing a description of any individual work practice that shows each item has been achieved. This may include working with consumers, and carers where relevant on programs and services, training or education attended, recovery plans or wellness plans completed with a person living with a mental illness and/or their carer, policies, or culturally diverse materials distributed or discussed.
