By using this website, e-learning program/s and toolkits you agree to abide by the following terms of use “Terms”. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice. When we make amendments to these terms we will update this webpage. We recommend you visit this page each time you visit our site and re-read these terms before making any additional purchases through this site. Where you continue to use the site, program or toolkit after an amendment to these terms has been made it will be taken as your acknowledgement to abide by the amended terms.

Safety Statement
The content within training material may display stories told by those with a lived experience of mental health conditions, trauma and recovery. These stories may trigger a range of emotions and experiences.
It is important that you take care of yourself throughout the program, if you need a break, please take one.
If the content triggers a personal response you are unable to deal with, it is important you speak to someone for support (e.g. supervisor, colleague, family member, friend, EAP provider, Mental Health Line 1800 011 511).
Privacy and Security
In order to provide this e-training, program or toolkit to you, MHCC will need to collect information about individuals or organisations. This information will be collected and stored in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as outlined in the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012. At no point will your details be on-sold nor provided to a third party (except to the holder of our databases) unless a law enforcement agency exercises a warrant enforcing us to do so.
MHCC stores records in up to two databases, both databases are Australian based. Should we change our database providers or the locations of these providers these terms will be updated.
MHCC will not store credit card details for future purchases within this portal. Transaction details, including credit card type and authorisation code, will be stored for the purpose of recording the purchase. MHCC takes no responsibility for any actions taken by third party payment system, such as PayPal, when processing payments through this portal.
At any point in time you may contact us at online@mhcc.org.au to request access to and update any personal information we may have about you.

All material contained within the website and programs are the intellectual property of MHCC. Apart from any usage as permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, users are permitted a license for educational purposes. The program is not to be reproduced, downloaded or stored unless express written permission has been granted by MHCC.
Where an organisation has purchased a number of “seats” these are not to be used for commercial gain. Each unique login is to only be used by one user.
The Trauma-Informed Care & Practice Organisational Toolkit (TICPOT) DIY Package
All material contained within the website and TICPOT DIY products are the intellectual property of MHCC. Apart from any usage as permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, users are permitted to download the product and store for completion of the toolkit. The product is not to be reproduced unless express written permission has been granted by MHCC.
TICPOT is only to be shared within the organisation who has purchased the product and only for the number of participants it has been purchased for.
The product is not to be on-sold or used for commercial gain.
Recovery Oriented Service Self-Assessment Toolkit (ROSSAT)
All material contained within the website and ROSSAT products are the intellectual property of MHCC. Apart from any usage as permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, users are permitted to download the product and store for completion of the toolkit. The product is not to be reproduced unless express written permission has been granted by MHCC.
The product is not to be on-sold or used for commercial gain.
General Usage
Capacit-e e-learning
Any program links are not to be shared with any other person/s other than the person/s who it has been purchased for.
Login details (username and password) may not be distributed.
TICPOT DIY
Any product links or downloads are not to be shared with any other person/s or organisations other than the number of participants it has been purchased for.
Computing Malware
We do not represent or warrant that this website, program or any other material contained in, downloaded or accessible from this website, is free from computer malware or any other defect or error which may affect your software or systems. We recommend you protect your software and systems by installing and implementing your own security and system checks.
Termination of Use
If in our reasonable opinion, you breach any of these terms, we may suspend, terminate or limit your access to this portal or purchased program or product. If we do not act in relation to a breach that does not waive our right to act with respect to future or similar breaches.
Withdrawal and Suspension of Access to Website
We may withdraw this website or access to it (or part thereof), permanently or temporarily for any reason including, without limitation, where there is an interruption, fault, virus, unauthorised access or other malicious attack on our system or where maintenance or upgrading of the system is required without provision of notice.
