Refunds Policy
Refunds or credits are not provided for “change of mind” purchases and will only be provided in the event of severe technical failure where MHCC has deemed access of the course impossible. Requests for refunds or credits must be initiated with MHCC within 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds or credits will not be provided once a course has been completed or a certificate issued.
If you encounter difficulties with a course please contact our support team at online@mhcc.org.au who will assist you.
When registering multiple seats, those seats will have an expiry date. Refunds or credits for unused seats, where no access has been initiated, will not be provided but a request for an extension to the expiry date can be made in writing to online@mhcc.org.au
MHCC reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee to cover MHCC costs of processing any refund from the refunded amount.
MHCC reserves the right to provide a Credit instead of a Refund.
Transaction Disputes
MHCC will investigate any dispute arising from a purchase made via online transaction at the Capacit-e Portal. Refunds are only available in accordance with the above Refund Policy.
